So I didn't try the risotto but someone said it tasted like it was cooked in dirty rag water and some say it was perfect and gives any bug time chef a run for their money, so which is it?

It honestly tastes amazing, slightly salty, savory and a tiny hint of sweetness, plus the risotto changes based on what ingredients they have on hand for specials, it definitely is not made with dirty rag water, whoever said that is crazy
